IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
The organising party of Manchester Moon Festival 2022, Chinese Global Network (CGN), are sadden by the news of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
As a mark of respect we have decided this is not the best time to host this celebratory event between 9th September and 11th September 2002. As a result the Manchester Moon Festival 2022 WILL BE POSTPONED AND WILL NOT BE HELD ON THE ORIGINAL DATES.
May we pass on our apologies to everyone on any inconvenience caused by this decision, and we hope you would understand with us on making this difficult decision.
As part of Manchester Moon Festival 2022, Chinese Global Network (CGN) in collaboration with Manchester Chinese Christian Church proudly present to you a free lantern making experience during the event.
In this *(1) free interactive experience you will be given guidance on how to make lanterns, with the finished product to be taken back home to celebrate the Moon Festival with friends and family.
Since this is a very popular interactive experience, we have only a limited amount of lanterns to be give away free of charge. *(2) So please make sure you note down the date and time of the event, and be sure to attend at your earliest available time to enjoy this wonderful lantern making experience.
*(1) The Manchester Moon Festival 2022 Lantern Making Experience is a free of charge event, and will be served with first come first serve policy.
